Go home day is always so bittersweet. While we are sad when our puppies leave us, seeing them with their new families brings us so much joy. That joy is what makes everything we do worth it. 

       In preparation for pick up we will reach out to each family to provide them with a list of steps they will need to complete to prepare for their new family member. Some of these steps include finalizing payment and pick up plans, ordering puppy supplies that are not included in the care packages, signing the contract, signing up for pet insurance, registering microchips, puppy proofing their homes, and scheduling puppies first vet visit (this needs to be completed within 5 days hours as required by our contract). A full list will be sent out to each family ahead of time to allow time to complete it as well as ask any questions they may have. 

       Each puppy will be sent home with a backpack filled with essentials to help them adapt to their new homes. Some items include: a snuggle puppy, handmade blanket that smell like mom and littermates, handmade customized paracord leash, puppy birth certificate, health record, transition puppy food, treats, travel essentials for the trip home, a folder with continued weekly training programs, training tips, nutritional information, puppy potty guide, registration, microchip and veterinary information and so much more!!!  The Buyer has five (5) days to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the puppy is found to be in unsatisfactory health at that time, the puppy may be returned. A full refund of the purchase price will be made or another puppy of like or similar breeding may be given (at the discretion of Quick Trigger Kennels).

       We strive to make the transition process as smooth as possible not only for the puppy, but for our new families as well.

       Approximately a week before the pickup day, you will be notified by phone/email of a time to pick up your pup.  We feel the time at 8 to 16 weeks of age is a critical bonding time for the puppy with their new family and advise you to pick up your puppy on time.  We will set-up a specific date and time for you to meet and pick-up your puppy at Quick Trigger Kennels.  We give you the specific time so we can make sure you have enough time meeting with us and getting any additional questions answered before your new puppy goes home.  We understand the importance of a new puppy and what it means to an individual/family so taking the time with us is good for everyone.  If you are unable to come to Quick Trigger Kennels, we can meet you at the airport to deliver your puppy to you.  We are flexible getting your new puppy home and want what is best and safe for him/her.   Puppies not picked up within 7 days of the pickup date will incur a boarding charge of $20.00 per day unless other arrangements have been made. 

QTK PERSONAL PUPPY DELIVERY

       Not able to make a trip to Quick Trigger Kennels? We have the next best option. Our first-class flight nannies who also work for Quick Trigger Kennels caring for the puppies can deliver the puppy to you!  Using our flight nannies will be at the buyer’s expense.  The QTK flight nannies will assure your puppy is safe and comfortable along the way.  IT’S OUR GOAL TO GET YOUR PUPPY HOME SAFELY! Our QTK flight nannies will deliver the puppy to your closest airport and will meet you at the baggage claim. They fly with the puppy in the cabin, ensuring they are comfortable and safe throughout the flight. Our nannies maintain a high level of communication through pictures and text before, during, and after the delivery. A soft side travel kennel is used during the traveling. To secure one of our personal flight nannies, contact QTK and schedule your pups safe flight home.  We have personally delivered puppies to State of New York, Illinois, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Texas, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington.

       Any other shipping of the puppy is at the buyer’s expense.

FUTURE CONTACT

       We encourage our puppy/dog parents to contact us anytime they have a concern or encounter a problem no matter the age of their puppy/dog. We are fully committed to every puppy we produce for their ENTIRE lifetime. We are always here to answer your questions or provide any training tips we may have. We may not always have the answer, but rest assured we will work hard to find the answers you need. Not only are we here for any questions or concerns, we also love when our new families and their puppies stay in touch with us throughout their dogs lifetime. The pupdates and photos are what make what we do so enjoyable for us.

COMMUNICATION

       The new owners will receive emails with discounts on dog food, electronic collars from Educator Collars, training goods including bumpers and placeboards from Huntmark, beds from Kuranda and many more items.  One of our goals at QTK is to provide the customers with everything we can so that the puppy can grow into being the perfect companion for anyone. 

       Quick Trigger Kennels will continue to support every client and QTK puppy throughout their lifetime.  Texts, phone calls, emails and personal hands-on help when necessary  is always available for our Quick Trigger family.  Our clients become part of our family which continues to grow with wonderful people and pups.  Clients will communicate, support, and even visit other QTK clients across the world.  The Quick Trigger Kennels family is strong and magnificent in so many ways.
